Digital map filled in!!
After months and months of hard work in the jungle and office, we are proud to present: the first version of the digital map of the ancestral lands of the Tikuna people of San Martin de Amacayacu. More than 200 sites have been marked: old agricultural plots, living areas, cemeteries, important sites for animals and fish, natural resources etc. A tool for organisation, empowerment and conservation of these lands and the community.
