Yesterday, after having walked several weeks to reach Colombian´s capital of Bogotá, thousands of indigenous people, students and other civilians marched from the campus of the National University of Colombia to the Plaza de Bolivar to claim their rights and promised lands. Despite of the pouring rains and the absence of the president, San Martin the Amacayacu was present in this minga of indigenous communities!
